Eva Longoria is "thrilled" to be godmother to David and Victoria Beckham's baby daughter.
The soccer star and the fashion designer will christen 10-month-old Harper later this year and have asked the Desperate Housewives actress to play an important role in their little girl's life: "Victoria asked me to be Harper's godmother and of course I said yes. I'm absolutely thrilled. Harper is simply adorable."

Harper Beckham’s Job Offer

It pays to be Victoria Beckham's daughter: 
Harper Beckham has been offered a job as the face of a personalized baby gift company.
My1stYears.com has written a letter to the nine-month-old daughter of fashion designer Victoria and footballer David, inviting her to become an ambassador for the brand.
According to Britain's OK! magazine, the letter addressed directly to the trendy tot read, "Both your parents are fashion icons, and we can see no reason why you shouldn't start your own career in the fashion industry even at your young age. Due to child labor laws we cannot negotiate a contract or salary directly with you, that is why your Mummy and Daddy have been copied in on this letter. We are happy to speak with them about your fee; however, we are prepared to pay you a significant amount to be the face of our new range."
Both her parents started their journey to success at a young age, with David becoming a star player at Manchester United aged just 17, while Victoria decided to pursue a music career after watching musical Fame at the tender age of seven.
David Beckham’s Daughter Has Expensive Taste

David Beckham admits he's going to have to earn lots of money to keep daughter Harper dressed in designer outfits. The soccer star has recently signed a new two-year contract with the Los Angeles Galaxy and the handsome athlete admits it's a relief because fashion designer wife Victoria likes to dress the six-month-old tot in expensive clothes.
"I've obviously got three amazing boys and with boys you can throw them around and Harper is obviously my first girl and I'm more careful. Still now, I'm changing her diaper and I can't believe I've got a girl. Everything about her is feminine, the way she eats, the way she moves, the way she looks. I love having a girl, but I'm glad she's got three older brothers and a dad to look after her. Her wardrobe is incredible already. I'm glad I've got a two year contract," said David, speaking in a chat for Google+.
Another reason David, 36, decided to re-sign with the LA Galaxy was because his family are happy in America and he says they will always come first: "I didn't take it lightly as I had offers from other clubs around the world and at 36 you don't expect it. But it was best for my family. We love living in LA at the moment, we love living in America and we have adapted to the culture and at the moment we didn't want to leave. When you're married and have children your priorities totally change. We've got three amazing boys and a little girl we have to look after and it's all about them. They come first."
